    By becoming a member of the UMO you will have access to ongoing educational opportunities and relevant discussions to upkeep best practices, while being supported by other midwives.

  • I am student Midwife, can I be a part of the UMO?

    Yes! We offer a discounted membership option for student midwives as well as scholarships for BIPOC student midwives. The UMO organizes several learning opportunities for students each year. If you are unable to pay for a membership due to lack of resources, please reach out.

  • I am a parent and I am looking for a midwife, can the UMO help me?

    Yes! Check out our interactive “Find a Midwife” directory for a list of midwives in your area, as well as their contact information. Let us know if you don’t have any midwives listed in your area!
